КАРДИОГЕННЫЙ ОТЕК ЛЕГКИХ: ИНТЕНСИВНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ НА ДОГОСПИТАЛЬНОМ ЭТАПЕ ОКАЗАНИЯ СКОРОЙ МЕДИЦИНСКОЙ ПОМОЩИ

Аннотация

Кардиогенный отек легких (КОЛ) представляет собой угрожающее жизни состояние, достаточно часто встречающееся в повседневной работе бригад скорой помощи. Лечение КОЛ, проводимое на догоспитальном этапе, должно быть обращено не столько на повышение диуреза, сколько на перераспределение крови, приводящее к быстрому снижению преднагрузки и постнагрузки. В представленном обзоре рассмотрены некоторые подходы к назначению лекарственной терапии КОЛ на догоспитальном этапе, а также оценка накопленного опыта использования неинвазивной ИВЛ в режиме СРАР и BiLevel при оказании экстренной помощи при данном патологическом состоянии.
